The Corner Rose Tea Room is not for profit and run solely by volunteers from the Pine Castle Woman’s Club and the surrounding community. We serve a three-course tea, created just for you from fresh ingredients with a homemade touch. The cost per person is $47, reservations required.
History of the
Corner Rose Tea Room
Since 1998, The Russell Home for Atypical Children opened the “Corner Rose Tea Room” to raise money for their very special home. After 15 years it became necessary to close in order to make room for a much needed expansion. Because of the long time relationship with Pine Castle Woman’s Club they asked if we would like to take over sponsorship of Corner Rose Tea Room. We responded with an enthusiastic “yes!”.
Now their collection of teapots, china, hats, memorabilia and furniture provide the same gracious ambience they did at The Russell Home. The Corner Rose Tea Room opened in 2013 as a fundraising arm for the Pine Castle Woman’s Club. Proceeds from our not-for-profit teas continue to support The Russell Home and other charities within the greater Pine Castle area.
What to Expect
Your experience begins when you enter the Corner Rose Tea Room through Flossie’s Garden and are greeted by volunteers that are ready to serve and care for your every need.
Your party will be seated at a beautifully prepared table with lace table clothes, linen napkins, fresh flowers, crystal, silverware and china.
Serving begins promptly at 11:30am with the pouring of our uniquely blended “Pine Castle’s Finest” black tea along with a freshly prepared scone paired with clotted cream and a complementing jam. You are then treated to a delicious homemade soup, garnished to perfection.
The grand finale…a beautifully decorated 3 plate tier featuring:
- 3 types of savory sandwiches
- Seasonal fresh fruits with complementing cheese
- 3 delicious and decadent desserts
The special finish is a dessert tea that completes your afternoon tea experience.
NOTE: We strive to meet special dietary needs including allergies, vegetarian and gluten-free ($8 up-charge for gluten-free). Our reservationist must be notified 72 hours in advance in order to accommodate these requests.​

Reservation Information
When calling to make a reservation, you will need the following:
- Which days you are interested in?
- Number of guests. This will be verified 72 hours before the tea to ensure we have the proper set up and food ready.
- Any special celebrations.
- Minimum guests 20 with maximum guest count being 60.
- We will need a credit card on file to hold reservation. This card will not be charged until the day of the tea. This allows for flexibility as to how you pay, especially if you have a large group.
Our goal is to make sure your tea experience is “Tea-riffic” and memorable.
